Mary Padian is an American businesswoman, and reality television star that is best known for being the founder of Mary's Finds' an online shop and as a participant in the reality TV show Storage Wars: Texas. Mary Padian has been frequently referred to in the media as The Junkyard Queen, or even the Junkster. Her collections of antiques are purchased from various estate auctions as well as self-storage units. Mary began her career as a photographer with Architectural Digest under Paige Rense. She later started her own Mary Finds segment. The section featured videos about home decoration and refurbishing. Mary eventually opened a firm located in Texas under the name of her old business, which focused on restoration of furniture and antiques. A&E Television producers spotted her while she ran her antiques business and offered her the opportunity to appear part of Texas' version of Storage Wars. The program ran over three years. Due to her popularity being a household name, she was chosen as an actor in the initial season of Storage Wars during its fifth season. Storage Wars was a part of her daily life through the following seasons, and she was in and out of the show up until the 12th season.
